Bert Church Live Theatre

Located on the east side of Airdrie next to Genesis Place and East Lake Park, The Bert Church Live Theatre is a fully-equipped, live performing arts facility. The theatre features professional grade sound and lighting systems, a 10 metre wide proscenium arch stage, and has soft seats and climate control for comfort. The theatre also provides free off-street shared parking for its guests and is wheelchair accessible. The seasonal programs offer something for everyone.

Cochrane Ranche Provincial Historic Site

This historic site offers views of the Canadian Rockies and a walking path to the Men of Vision statue with native plants and animals along the way. The Visitor Information Centre located in the Cochrane Ranche is open daily during the summer from mid-May to Labour Day. Guided tours, educational interpretive programs and special events are available.

Nose Creek Valley Museum

Nose Creek Valley Museum in Airdrie offers an opportunity to visit "Life in the Past Lane." The museum represents over 100 years of the Nose Creek Valley history. A tour through the museum extends to the visitor and informative centre and provides an interesting glimpse into the historical aspects of Airdrie and surrounding area.

Iron Horse Park

The miniature trains, track, and landscape at Iron Horse Park represent the Canadian Pacific Railway (CPR) from the prairies to the coast. Take the 1.6 km interpretive journey aboard one of the 1/8th scale diesel or steam locomotives at the park and get a feeling of what the railway was like in Western Canada during the pioneer days. Snacks and souvenirs can be found in the full size replica of a CPR station on site. Picnic tables on site provide a place for gatherings.
